Derby Duel bir futbol bilgi yarışmasıdır. Oyunu açan herkes bu koşulları kabul etmiş sayılır. Özet: adil oyna, hesabını paylaşma, satın aldığın şey yalnız görünümdür ve rekabette avantaj sağlamaz. Sorun olursa tek adres destek@planorsoft.com.

Hizmeti kim veriyor

Derby Duel'ı Muhammed Enes Demir işletiyor. Adres ve vergi bilgileri satıcı künyesinde (derbyduel.com/pre-information) yazılıdır. İletişim: destek@planorsoft.com.

Hesap

  • Oyuna misafir olarak da girebilirsin; hesabın o hâlde yalnız kullandığın cihazda durur ve cihaz değişirse kaybolur.
  • Kullanıcı adını sen seçersin, gerçek adın olmak zorunda değildir. Hakaret, nefret söylemi ve başkasını taklit içeren adlar süzgeçten geçirilir ve gerektiğinde değiştirilir.
  • Hesabın sana aittir: paylaşma, satma, devretme. Hesabınla yapılan her hamleden sen sorumlusun.
  • 18 yaşından küçüksen oyunu velinin ya da vasinin izniyle kullan.
  • Hesabını istediğin an silebilirsin: Ayarlar → Hesabı sil. İşlem anında uygulanır ve geri alınamaz (derbyduel.com/delete-account).

Adil oyun

  • Aynı kişinin birden çok hesapla oynayıp kendine puan aktarması yasaktır.
  • Otomasyon, bot, hile aracı, sunucu trafiğini kurcalamak ya da açıkları kullanmak yasaktır.
  • Maç sürerken oyundan çıkmak HÜKMEN MAĞLUBİYETTİR. Bu bir ceza değil, oyunun kuralıdır: kaçmanın bedelsiz olması, kaybedilecek maçtan kaçmayı en akıllı hamle yapardı.
  • Bu maddelerin ihlali hâlinde hesabın uyarısız askıya alınabilir ya da kapatılabilir; kazanılmış puan, kupa ve envanter silinebilir.

Elmas, coin ve eşyalar

  • Elmas ve coin OYUNUN İÇİNDE geçerli sayaçlardır. Gerçek bir para birimi değildir, gerçek dünyada bir değeri yoktur, nakde çevrilemez ve başka bir oyuncuya aktarılamaz.
  • Satın aldığın şey mülkiyet değil, oyunu oynadığın sürece geçerli bir KULLANIM HAKKIDIR.
  • Elmasla alınan her şey görünüştür (kare, ad rengi, ifade) ya da turnuva biletidir. Süs rekabeti etkilemez: rütbe, eşleşme ve zorluk satın alınamaz.
  • Alınan bir süs geri satılmaz ve iade edilmez.
  • Elmas satın alma web kasasından yapıldıysa mesafeli satış sözleşmesi ve ön bilgilendirme formu geçerlidir (derbyduel.com/sales-agreement). Uygulama içinden yapıldıysa işlemin tarafı ilgili mağazadır (Apple App Store ya da Google Play) ve iade o mağazanın kurallarına tabidir.

Reklam

Araya giren ya da kendiliğinden başlayan reklam yoktur. Ödüllü reklam yalnız SEN 'izle' dediğinde açılır ve karşılığı da yalnız süs/sayaçtır - rütbeye, eşleşmeye ya da zorluğa dokunmaz.

Topluluk ve içerik

  • Forumda ve oyun içi metinlerde hakaret, nefret söylemi, taciz, reklam ve yasa dışı içerik yasaktır.
  • Forum gönderileri ONAY KUYRUĞUNDAN geçer; yayımlanmayan gönderi için gerekçe bildirme zorunluluğumuz yoktur.
  • Rahatsız eden bir oyuncuyu engelleyebilir ve bildirebilirsin (profil → bildir).
  • Oyuna gönderdiğin içerik (takma ad, forum gönderisi, geri bildirim eki) senin sorumluluğundadır; yayımlamak için bize dünya çapında, bedelsiz ve devredilebilir bir kullanım izni vermiş olursun.

Fikrî haklar ve bağımsızlık

Oyunun kodu, tasarımı, metinleri ve görselleri bize aittir. Derby Duel BAĞIMSIZ bir uygulamadır; hiçbir kulüp, lig, federasyon ya da futbolcu ile bağlantılı değildir, onlar tarafından desteklenmemekte ve lisanslanmamaktadır. Kulüp adları, armaları ve futbolcu adları yalnız tanımlama ve bilgilendirme amacıyla kullanılır; tüm markalar sahiplerine aittir.

Üçüncü taraf platformlar

Oyunu App Store, Google Play ya da Discord üzerinden kullanıyorsan o platformun kendi koşulları da geçerlidir. Platformun kesintisi, kuralı ya da hesabınla ilgili kararı bizim denetimimizde değildir.

Hizmetin sürekliliği ve sorumluluk

  • Oyun 'olduğu gibi' sunulur. Kesintisiz ve hatasız çalışacağını taahhüt etmiyoruz; bakım, güncelleme ve arıza nedeniyle erişim geçici olarak durabilir.
  • Oyunun bir bölümünü ya da tamamını değiştirebilir, durdurabiliriz. Elmas satışı sonlandırılacaksa en az 30 gün önce derbyduel.com üzerinden duyurulur ve duyuru tarihinden sonra elmas satılmaz.
  • Yasanın izin verdiği ölçüde, dolaylı zararlardan ve kâr kaybından sorumlu değiliz. Bu sınır, tüketici mevzuatının sağladığı hakları ortadan kaldırmaz.

Değişiklikler

Bu koşullar zamanla güncellenebilir. Güncel metin her zaman derbyduel.com/terms adresinde durur ve en üstte son güncelleme tarihi yazar (bu sürüm: 2026-08-21). Esaslı bir değişiklik olursa oyun içinde duyurulur.

Uygulanacak hukuk

Bu koşullara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır. Tüketici uyuşmazlıklarında Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri ve Tüketici Mahkemeleri yetkilidir; tüketici olmayan uyuşmazlıklarda İstanbul (Küçükçekmece) mahkemeleri ve icra daireleri yetkilidir.

Derby Duel is a football trivia game. By opening the game you accept these terms. The short version: play fair, do not share your account, and what you buy is appearance only and never a competitive advantage. Anything else: destek@planorsoft.com.

Who provides the service

Derby Duel is operated by Muhammed Enes Demir. Address and tax details are published in the seller information page (derbyduel.com/pre-information). Contact: destek@planorsoft.com.

Your account

  • You may play as a guest; in that case the account lives only on the device you are using and is lost if you change devices.
  • You choose your username and it does not have to be your real name. Names containing abuse, hate speech or impersonation are filtered and may be changed.
  • Your account is yours: do not share, sell or transfer it. You are responsible for everything done with it.
  • If you are under 18, use the game with the consent of a parent or guardian.
  • You can delete your account at any time: Settings, then Delete account. It takes effect immediately and cannot be undone (derbyduel.com/delete-account).

Fair play

  • Running multiple accounts to feed rating to yourself is prohibited.
  • Automation, bots, cheat tools, tampering with server traffic and exploiting defects are prohibited.
  • Leaving a match while it is live is a FORFEIT. This is not a penalty but a rule of the game: if quitting were free, running from a losing match would be the smartest move.
  • Breaking these rules may lead to your account being suspended or closed without warning, and rating, trophies and inventory may be removed.

Gems, coins and items

  • Gems and coins are IN-GAME counters. They are not a real currency, have no real-world value, cannot be cashed out and cannot be transferred to another player.
  • What you buy is not ownership but a right to use for as long as the game runs.
  • Everything bought with gems is appearance (frame, name colour, emote) or a tournament ticket. Cosmetics never affect competition: rank, matchmaking and difficulty cannot be bought.
  • A cosmetic once bought is not resold and not refunded.
  • If gems were bought through the web checkout, the distance sales agreement and pre-information form apply (derbyduel.com/sales-agreement). If bought inside the app, the transaction is with the relevant store (Apple App Store or Google Play) and refunds follow that store's rules.

Advertising

Nothing interrupts you and nothing plays on its own. A rewarded ad opens only when YOU tap watch, and what it pays is cosmetic only. It never touches rank, matchmaking or difficulty.

Community and content

  • Abuse, hate speech, harassment, advertising and unlawful content are prohibited in the forum and in any in-game text.
  • Forum posts go through a REVIEW QUEUE. We are not obliged to give a reason for a post that is not published.
  • You can block and report a player who bothers you (profile, then report).
  • Content you submit (nickname, forum post, feedback attachment) is your responsibility. By submitting it you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free and transferable licence to use it for the purpose of running the game.

Intellectual property and independence

The code, design, text and artwork of the game belong to us. Derby Duel is an INDEPENDENT app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or licensed by any club, league, federation or player. Club names, crests and player names are used for identification and informational purposes only; all trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Third-party platforms

If you use the game through the App Store, Google Play or Discord, that platform's own terms also apply. Their outages, rules and decisions about your account are outside our control.

Availability and liability

  • The game is provided as is. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation; access may pause for maintenance, updates or faults.
  • We may change or discontinue part or all of the game. If gem sales are to end, it is announced on derbyduel.com at least 30 days beforehand and no gems are sold after that announcement.
  • To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages or loss of profit. This limit does not remove rights granted to you by consumer law.

Changes

These terms may be updated over time. The current text always lives at derbyduel.com/terms with the last update date at the top (this version: 2026-08-21). Material changes are announced inside the game.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkiye. For consumer disputes the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction; for non-consumer disputes the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Kucukcekmece) have jurisdiction.
