Derby Duel oyunundaki sanal para birimi olan ELMAS. Elmas dijital içeriktir; maddi bir ürün değildir, kargolanmaz ve gerçek para değildir. Yalnız oyun içinde ve yalnız GÖRÜNÜŞ için harcanır: avatar çerçevesi, takma ad rengi ve sandık gibi kozmetik içerikler ile sandık sayacını atlama. Kademe, eşleşme, zorluk ya da soru içeriği elmasla satın ALINAMAZ - satılan şey rekabet avantajı değildir.

Paketler ve fiyat

Satılan paketler ve içerdikleri elmas adedi ödeme ekranında yazılıdır. Fiyatlar Türk lirası ve KDV DAHİLDİR; ödeme ekranında gördüğün tutar, kartından çekilecek tutardır. Ayrıca teslimat, hizmet ya da işlem bedeli alınmaz. Fiyatlar değişebilir; değişiklik geçmiş siparişlere uygulanmaz.

Ödeme

Ödeme tek çekimdir, taksit yoktur. Tahsilat PayTR Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Hizmetleri A.Ş. altyapısı üzerinden ve bankanın 3D Secure doğrulamasıyla yapılır. Kart bilgilerin (kart numarası, son kullanma tarihi, güvenlik kodu) tarayıcından doğrudan ödeme kuruluşuna iletilir; satıcının sunucularına, kayıtlarına ve veritabanına HİÇBİR AŞAMADA gelmez ve satıcı tarafından saklanmaz.

Teslimat - anında ifa

Ödeme onayı satıcıya ulaştığı anda elmas, satın almanın yapıldığı hesaba tanımlanır. Ayrı bir teslimat süresi, adresi ya da bedeli yoktur. Onay birkaç saniye gecikebilir; ödemen alındığı hâlde elmasın hesabına geçmediyse aşağıdaki iade ve düzeltme maddesi uygulanır.

Kimler satın alabilir

Satın alma yalnız ngolo.app adresinden ve yalnız kullanıcı adı-şifre ile açılmış bir hesapla yapılabilir. MİSAFİR HESAP SATIN ALAMAZ: misafir hesabın kimlik kanıtı yoktur, cihaz değişince hesaba ulaşılamaz ve satın alınan elmas geri verilemez. 18 yaşından küçükler, velisinin bilgisi ve onayı olmadan satın alma yapmamalıdır.

Cayma hakkı

Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği'nin 15. maddesinin birinci fıkrasının (ğ) bendi uyarınca, elektronik ortamda ANINDA İFA EDİLEN hizmetler ve tüketiciye anında teslim edilen gayrimaddi mallar cayma hakkı kapsamı DIŞINDADIR. Elmas, ödeme onaylanır onaylanmaz hesaba tanımlandığı için bu istisnaya girer: satın alma tamamlandıktan sonra cayma hakkı doğmaz. Ödeme ekranındaki onay kutusu, bu istisnayı bildiğine ve ifanın hemen başlamasına açık rıza gösterdiğine dair beyanındır - kutu işaretlenmeden ödeme başlatılamaz.

İade, iptal ve düzeltme

Cayma hakkının bulunmaması, hatalı işlemlerin düzeltilmeyeceği anlamına gelmez. Şu üç durumda iade ya da düzeltme yapılır: (1) ödeme alındığı hâlde elmas hesaba tanımlanmadıysa - önce tanımlanır, mümkün değilse bedel iade edilir; (2) aynı sipariş için birden fazla tahsilat yapıldıysa fazlası iade edilir; (3) satın alma senin bilgin ve rızan dışında yapıldıysa, inceleme sonucuna göre iade edilir. İade, tahsilatın yapıldığı KARTA yapılır; tutarın karta yansıma süresi bankana bağlıdır ve genellikle birkaç iş günü sürer. Başvuru: sipariş tarihi ve kullanıcı adınla birlikte destek@planorsoft.com

Elmasın kullanımı

Elmas devredilemez, başka bir hesaba aktarılamaz, satılamaz ve paraya çevrilemez. Hesabını sildiğinde harcanmamış elmas da silinir ve bedeli iade edilmez - hesap silme geri alınamaz bir işlemdir. Oyunun kurallarını ihlal ettiği için kapatılan hesaplardaki harcanmamış elmas için bedel iadesi yapılmaz.

Hizmetin sona ermesi

Oyun kalıcı olarak kapatılacak olursa bu, kapanıştan en az 30 gün önce oyun içinde ve ngolo.app üzerinden duyurulur; duyuru tarihinden sonra elmas satışı yapılmaz.

Şikâyet ve uyuşmazlık

Önce bize yaz: destek@planorsoft.com. Çözülemeyen uyuşmazlıklarda, Ticaret Bakanlığınca her yıl belirlenen parasal sınırlar çerçevesinde, tüketicinin yerleşim yerindeki ya da işlemin yapıldığı yerdeki TÜKETİCİ HAKEM HEYETLERİNE veya TÜKETİCİ MAHKEMELERİNE başvurulabilir.

What is sold

GEMS, the virtual currency of the game Derby Duel. Gems are digital content: not a physical product, nothing is shipped, and they are not real money. They are spent inside the game and on APPEARANCE only - avatar frames, nickname colours, chests and skipping a chest timer. Rank, matchmaking, difficulty and question content CANNOT be bought with them; what is sold is never a competitive advantage.

Packs and price

The packs and the number of gems in each are shown on the payment screen. Prices are in Turkish lira and INCLUDE VAT; the amount shown is the amount charged. No delivery, service or handling fee is added. Prices may change; changes never apply to past orders.

Payment

Payment is a single charge; instalments are not offered. It is collected through PayTR with your bank's 3D Secure verification. Your card details (number, expiry, security code) travel from your browser straight to the payment provider; they never reach the seller's servers, logs or database at any stage and are not stored by the seller.

Delivery - immediate performance

Gems are credited to the account that made the purchase as soon as the payment confirmation reaches the seller. There is no separate delivery time, address or fee. Confirmation can take a few seconds; if your payment was taken and the gems did not arrive, the refund and correction clause below applies.

Who can buy

Purchases can only be made at ngolo.app and only from an account created with a username and password. GUEST ACCOUNTS CANNOT BUY: a guest account has no proof of identity, it is lost when the device changes and the gems could not be restored. People under 18 should not purchase without the knowledge and consent of a parent or guardian.

Right of withdrawal

Under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, services performed instantly in electronic form and intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer are OUTSIDE the scope of the right of withdrawal. Gems are credited the moment the payment is confirmed, so they fall under that exception: once the purchase is complete there is no right of withdrawal. The box on the payment screen is your statement that you know this and expressly consent to performance starting immediately - payment cannot begin until it is ticked.

Refunds, cancellation and correction

The absence of a withdrawal right does not mean mistakes go uncorrected. A refund or correction is made in three cases: (1) the payment was taken but the gems were not credited - they are credited, or the amount is refunded if that is not possible; (2) the same order was charged more than once - the excess is refunded; (3) the purchase was made without your knowledge and consent - refunded according to the outcome of our review. Refunds go back to the CARD that was charged; how long it takes to appear depends on your bank, usually a few business days. Using gems

Gems cannot be transferred to another account, sold, or exchanged for money. If you delete your account, any unspent gems are deleted with it and are not refunded - account deletion cannot be undone. No refund is given for unspent gems on accounts closed for breaking the rules of the game.

If the service ends

If the game is to be shut down permanently, this will be announced in the game and at ngolo.app at least 30 days beforehand; no gems are sold after that announcement.

Complaints and disputes

Write to us first: destek@planorsoft.com. Disputes that cannot be settled may be taken to the Turkish CONSUMER ARBITRATION COMMITTEES or CONSUMER COURTS at the consumer's place of residence or where the transaction took place, within the monetary limits set each year by the Ministry of Trade.
